Behind every project of the Foundation there are women and men who put their skills, time, and heart at the service of education. Their daily commitment makes possible what once seemed only a dream: to let a fairer future bloom for African children.
The Nuovo Fiore in Africa Foundation is built on the commitment of people who share the same values and purpose. The Foundation Board, composed of ten members, defines the strategic direction of the organisation and ensures transparency and consistency across all activities. At the Lugano headquarters, the Chief Operating Officer oversees daily operations in constant dialogue with African partners, managing communication and administration with the support of volunteers.
The Foundation is made of people who truly believe in what they do. The Board works on a voluntary basis, driven by passion and professionalism. Its members include entrepreneurs, educators, clergy and professionals, all united by the same goal: to offer a better future to those who need it most. The Board meets regularly to outline strategies and monitor the Foundation’s initiatives.

The organisational structure is further strengthened by additional volunteers who make a significant contribution to achieving the Foundation’s mission.
Each project is developed in collaboration with local communities and aims to promote education, personal growth, and sustainable development.
