Between 2021 and 2023, we collaborated with O'Africa to implement the "Education for the Future" project, aiming to combat educational poverty and social marginalization in Accra, Ghana. The project supported orphaned children and young people, along with their illiterate mothers, by offering access to education, psychological support, safe transportation to schools, parental training, and social guidance.
We guaranteed 30 minors a full school cycle, improving their social, academic, and professional skills. In parallel, 15 mothers participated in literacy and parental responsibility programs. The project included a digital monitoring system for beneficiaries, allowing us to concretely and effectively evaluate the impact of the activities.
In a country where approximately 40% of children in vulnerable urban contexts do not complete primary school (UNICEF Ghana, 2022), we worked to strengthen family networks and prevent child separation, which is often a consequence of extreme poverty.
Thanks to our intervention, the families involved were able to build a more stable educational and relational path, reducing the risk of exploitation, school dropout, and institutionalization.
We collaborate with NGOs on projects that combine resources and skills, responding to local needs and building hope together with communities.

The Greater Accra Region is one of the most densely populated and dynamic areas of Ghana, with a young and vibrant population that represents an extraordinary resource for the country's future. Despite this vitality, educational and economic poverty continues to deprive thousands of children of fundamental opportunities, exposing them to serious social risks. The data is alarming: 62% of young people have suffered physical violence in the family, 32% at school, and 60% know of cases of child sexual exploitation; moreover, 7% of boys are involved in child labor and 12% of girls are forced to marry before the age of 18. In this fragile context, investment in new schools and educational projects becomes decisive: it means protecting the youngest, reducing exploitation, and transforming community resilience into concrete hope for thousands of young people.
With the goal of supporting basic education and vocational training, the Foundation invests in infrastructure and initiatives addressing educational challenges such as the empowerment of girls and women.
Each project is developed in collaboration with local communities and aims to promote education, personal growth, and sustainable development.
